Format
Fall Ball is open to all players in grades 1-8 regardless of experience or skill level. Sessions will include instructional stations and small-sided games.

Co-Ed 1st-4th Grade
The Rookie League is a co-ed league for athletes in grades 1-4. Players will use sticks and balls designed to improve fundamental skills. No equipment is required.
Veteran Leagues
Boys 5th-8th Grade
Girls 5th-8th Grade
The Veteran Leagues are for athletes in grades 5-8. No prior experience necessary. Full equipment is required. Loaner equipment is available and included with registration fee.

Fall Ball 2024
DLA Fall Ball is open to all players in grades 1-8 regardless of experience or skill level. Sessions will include instructional stations and small-sided games.
Our Rookie league will be Co-Ed for 1st through 4th grade. They will learn the fundamentals of lacrosse with age and skill appropriate equipment. This will be non-contact even during the small-sided game play with heavy focus on stick-work and movement.
Our Veteran leagues will be Boys or Girls from 5th through 8th grade. Boys or Girls will need appropriate equipment for this league. Small-sided gameplay will be up to the coaches, to allow full or non-contact games.
